Getting Started

Create your ApptShield account, set up your practice profile, add providers, and import or add your first appointments. Most practices are up and running within an hour.

Billing and Subscription Help

Plans start at $29/month with a 14-day free trial. Manage your subscription, update payment methods, or download invoices from the Billing page after signing in.

Twilio Setup Help

Each practice connects its own Twilio account inside ApptShield Settings to send text reminders from its own Twilio phone number. Do not share Twilio secrets with anyone.

Appointment Reminder Help

ApptShield sends reminder links so clients can confirm, cancel, or request to reschedule. Keep reminders to basic scheduling details only.

Waitlist and Open-Slot Recovery Help

When a client cancels, ApptShield creates an open slot you can offer to clients on your waitlist to help refill the schedule.

Reports Help

Reports are included with Growth and Pro plans. Track confirmations, no-shows, recovered slots, and revenue saved over time.
