We do not process protected health information (PHI) beyond patient names and contact numbers used for scheduling communications. 5. Twilio and Third-Party Services
Text messaging and voice call features are delivered through Twilio, a third-party communications platform. When you connect your Twilio account, message delivery and phone number handling are subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not control Twilio's data handling practices.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookie settings through your browser. We do not use tracking technologies for behavioral advertising across third-party websites.
